What is markup?
Markup is the premium backers pay above the base buy-in. 1.10x means a $100 stake costs $110. Players use it to reflect expected ROI. Platform median is 1.12x.
What happens if the player doesn't cash?
You lose your stake. Markup, not the gross buy-in, is your downside. There is no refund for a player who plays but doesn't cash.
What if the raise doesn't hit its minimum?
If a player set an auto-cancel threshold and the raise misses it, every backer is refunded automatically. You'll see the refund transaction in your dashboard.
How do I claim my payout?
After the event settles, your stake moves to To claim in your dashboard. One click, one wallet signature, usually around 10 seconds on Solana.
Is the player really verified?
Player addresses come from deployed raises and verified event metadata. Until public launch, profile details may still be limited.
What's the platform fee?
1.5% of payouts on cashes. No fee on refunds, and no fee on losing raises.
Can I sell my stake before the event?
Not in v1. A secondary market is on the roadmap.
